Content:
IĀ teach the 3 key principles associated with losing weight, building muscle and maximising energy levels, so that you can learn what it takes to break through performance plateaus in the pool.
IĀ also explain what you DONāT need to do (such as give up your favourite foods or, go hungry), so that you can focus on the things that drive progress forwards, whilst still enjoying what you eat.
Finally, I let you in on the process and techniques thatĀ I use to maintain discipline with healthy eating (and thereby, support my training with optimal nutrition on a consistent basis), so that you can implement them too.
